We tailor the program to your schedule. Not the other way around. If you can only train 4 days a week, we build for 4 days. If you only have 45 minutes, we work with 45 minutes. Coaching calls are 15-30 minutes. Longer if you want. Shorter if you need. The goal is to save you time by giving you structure. So you can use your extra hours for family, hobbies, and building yourself.
I actually encourage it. Travel. Go to events. Live your life. We have strategies to keep you locked in when you're busy. You won't have to stress about eating a burger at an event and "ruining your progress."
